Now make 2 copies of Magic trail layer and Resize them like this – and set the position like this:







Now copy the smallest layer several times – (on upper picture it is – Layer that has #1).

So here is what I did. It is very important the position of the layer. + I suggest you to create a layer Group (if you are using PhotoShop CS of higher) – our group will be called – TAIL!







Now it's time to position all this crap. I will choose to set them in this way.



I've used Drop Shadow on layer 1 and 2 (on the Picture).
