I'm not too sure. A lot of screenshots, but not enough explanation of what you are doing. The lips have lost detail, the skin looks plastic and painted on. The final result looks computer generated rather than retouched, unfortunately.

Excellent work! Myabe you should give it a different title though because its not really a touch up, its more a photo to painting effect. Excellent effect all the same. Shame your tutorial missed some really important points making it hard to follow. Is there anywhere i can get the full details from? I really would like to practice with this look. Keep up the good work!

Firstly thank you it's good concept, and overall great piece of work. Only flaw is this is more of a semi-realistic piece of work looks like what your work ended up becoming was more animated then realistic...great style I think more people should try it, but it's not a retouch by definition of photography, but it is most certainly a retouch in creative art, semi-realism, and semi-animated. Just a tip for next time less work you put into a picture the better because to much work either become animated or you lose all detail.

I like it I think its very pretty, espically the eyes. I could live with out the nose stud and the teeth though, you didn't have to add those. I think you also beed to explain what your doing better too.
