Now we???ll take care of that hand that stays on front.  



 



The face: quite mutant like. I???ve also dropped some low flow greens and reds to the face and arms.  



 



 



I???ve also made some adjustments and texture to the suite of the character.

Here is my texture brush. It is standard PS CS2 brush.  



 



 



Use this brush on a new layer set to Soft light.  



 



Now the background; with the same brush.  



 



Switch the brush now.  



 



Here is our background ready.  



 I???m also dropping these surface lights to my character to make a connection between my character and the background.  



 



Moreover I???m setting a light value from the top by filling the image with a gradient.  



 



So here it is. When the work is done you could flatten the image discarding all the masks.

Make a copy of the initial image and apply a filter to it I like it that way.

The filter is dark strokes. After that apply a mask and erase the mask near the head and shoulder areas.
