Create now a new layer and place it lower than the shark's layer, erasing the layer with the contours. Paint it out, choosing the Gradient Tool.
Get back to the shark's layer and place it on the first plan. Accentuate some places of the shark's shapes, using the Brush Tool of a small size.
Then create a new layer above the shark on which will be pictured several lines representing the waves.
Copy this new made layer: Layer - Duplicate Layer and blur it out applying Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur.
Change the Opacity of the previous layer till 55%.

Change the layer's type on Overlay. Make a copy of the shark's layer, blurring it and moving the copy lower than the basic shark's layer.
Combine now all the layers, using next combination: Layer - Merge Visible (shift+ctrl+e) and erase the unfilled picture's edges, using the Crop Tool. Copy the layer and blur it out (Gaussian Blur).
Change the blurred layer's type on Multiply and minimize the Opacity till 66%.
That's the picture!
