Sweet, I like the background simplicity and how you used so few colors on the dolphins, it gives a nice soft feeling to the image.

The bubbles add a sense of movement and life to the dolphins. The final artwork is soft, sort of magical, and dreamy. Thanks for sharing this very nice tutorial!
