So, the next thing I need to do here is to paste some text on the top. I decided
to do it by hand. I've found some references for the kanyas.



Here is my brush. I like to keep it flat.

the very end I've merged all the text layers and blended the upper edge. I've
also defined these kanyas as brushes and used them on the background patters,
download brushes (brushes121.abr).
And this is the end of this quick tutorial. Hope you learned. It was very fast: I really liked how the lighting is set on the character; also the value.

So .... Hope you do still practice and remember that this is the only way forward.

Excellent tutorial on gradients! The technique is really cool, it adds to the perspective and depth of field of the image. Very dramatic too, how you've used it here. I definitely learned something useful from this tutorial, thanks for sharing this!
