Create now another layer for the foreground. Draw here with our 2nd brush - Hollow cross.

Apply only one layer style for whole foreground layer. Make it glow applying Outer Glow option.



You should try to practice with color mixing and color interaction.

So just change a little bit the background layer (PAINT) color.
