We have to change also the hair's color, using the Brush Tool. Paint the hair with the necessary color on a new layer. Change after that the layer's Blending Mode on Soft light and blur out a little the layer, using Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur.
Merge down this layer with the girl's layer (ctrl+e), making several of her hair locks lighter. It's possible to do this operation with the Dodge Tool.
Correct now the color of the girl's layer (ctrl+m).
Insert after that the picture of a flying bird on a new layer.
Mark out the black background the bird is situated on and apply this command: Select - Modify - Expand, just not to remain the black contours around the bird.
Erase the background and place the bird on the corresponding place. Make a copy of the bird's layer and place the copy under the basic bird's layer Blur it out, selecting Filter - Blur - Motion Blur.
Make the corrections on the blurring zone's placement, choosing Edit - Transform - Distort.
Get back to the basic bird's layer and select the Smudge Tool to smudge a little the tail's contours and the wing's ones in the motion's zone.
Combine these layers (ctrl+e) and correct their
colors. First apply Curves option.
Then, Selective Color:
Take now an already prepared brush, picturing the sky, and the white color.

and insert more cloudiness on all the layers:
If that is necessary, we may change the layers' colors, using this command: Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation (ctrl+u).
Take now the Gradient Tool and paint the clouds on their lateral sides on a new layer. After that we should change the layer's Blending Mode on Soft Light and minimize the Opacity till 80%.
Give a certain nuance to the tree also:
Combine all the layers: Layer - Merge Visible (shift+ctrl+e) and insert several scratches on the entire picture's surface. Select for this operation the Dodge Tool of 1 px.
Now create a frame, using the Crop Tool and the Gradient Tool.
The picture is finished!
