Mark out the black background the bird is situated on and apply this command: Select – Modify – Expand, just not to remain the black contours around the bird.



Erase the background and place the bird on the corresponding place. Make a copy of the bird's layer and place the copy under the basic bird's layer Blur it out, selecting Filter – Blur – Motion Blur.



Make the corrections on the blurring zone's placement, choosing Edit – Transform – Distort.



Get back to the basic bird's layer and select the Smudge Tool to smudge a little the tail's contours and the wing's ones in the motion's zone.



Combine these layers (ctrl+e) and correct their colors. First apply Curves option.
