The next lesson we'll learn to create an illustration of the nature by imitating the vector pictures.
Create for the beginning a new file: File – New (ctrl+n).
Paint it in the next shown colors, making use of the Gradient Tool.
Now we should picture original, stylish mountains, applying the Pen Tool and the commands Make Selection, Gradient Tool with the same colors we used for the background.
If you want to make the transition between the colors lighter and smother, then make the gradient's stretching longer.
Using the Pen Tool and
the Fill Path option, create the front plan:
Create it on a new layer (using the corresponding icon in the Layers window for representing a new layer) the sun with the Ellipse Tool by holding the shift button.
Make a copy of this layer: Layer – Duplicate Layer (ctrl+j) and blur out this copy, using Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur.
We should make the blurred zone more visible, which is why we need to copy the layer with it (ctrl+j).
Choose after that a standard brush having the leaves shape and represent the tree's corona and the falling leafage. Attention! Farther we place the leaves from the tree, the bigger brush's size we choose.
