engines. He looks into various online training programs, such as a+ certification to see how much he knows about computers of the present era. He registers domain names which are related to his site. He searches for cheap web hosting to save cost. Looks for ways to improve the site's search optimization. And if he is really smart he will employ windows backup to make sure that he doesn't lose any data.

I agree with Tim, totally awesome- and I love the green color you used for the background and how you merged the realistic clouds in with the vector-feel of the rest of the image- really awesome. The sweep of stars and sparkles really looks cute ^^

Can someone help me please this is driving me insane, I dont get the rainbow part. I'm ok with drawing the first step but how do you repeat for each colour. Thanks
