Step 1: Eye Outline

New canvas 400×300px. Pen Tool: draw almond-shaped eye outline, 2px stroke.

Step 2: Iris Circle

Draw circle for iris. Fill with radial gradient: dark blue center to light blue edge.

Step 3: Pupil and Ring

Small black pupil center. Dark ring around iris edge for depth.

Step 4: Primary Highlight

Large white oval highlight at top-left of iris. This is the main light reflection.

Step 5: Secondary Highlights

Two smaller white dots: one bottom-right, one along top edge. Vary opacity 60–100%.

Step 6: Upper Eyelid and Lashes

Thick upper lash line tapering at corners. Add 3–5 lash spikes with fine brush.

Step 7: Color Variations

Duplicate and try green, purple, red iris colors for different character personalities.
