Create a luxurious golden abstract background perfect for text overlays, presentation slides, or website headers. Uses gradient overlays, noise, and color adjustments.

Step 1: Base Gradient

Create 800×600px document. Fill with linear gradient from #1a0533 (top) to #4a0e6b (bottom) using the Gradient Tool.

Step 2: Golden Brush Strokes

New layer, soft brush in gold tones (#ffd700, #e8a317, #b8860b). Paint sweeping strokes. Set layer to Overlay, opacity 80%.

Step 3: Noise and Texture

Merge visible to new layer. Filter > Noise > Add Noise 3%. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur 2px. Set to Soft Light 50%.

Step 4: Color Enhancement

Hue/Saturation: Master saturation +20. Color Balance: add yellow +10 in midtones. Levels: pull black point to 15 for richer shadows.

Step 5: Optional Text Overlay

Add your headline text in white or gold with a subtle drop shadow. The background works beautifully behind typography or as a standalone texture.
